A community experience (also known as a field trip) gives students first hand, real world learning opportunities outside of the classroom, opening their eyes to new environments, cultures and encounters.

This is just one of our many learning methods we use that positively shapes a childs perspective on a comprehensive level, igniting ideas and solutions that may not arise from their day-to-day learning environment at FCS. Research also shows that students who go on field trips become more empathetic, tolerant and respectful towards society as a whole.
