Layering is key! Check out video clips here and here that show how a base layer, middle layer, and waterproof shell can be used to keep your child warm and dry. Oaki, REI, Columbia, Polarn O. Pyret, Biddle and Bop are just a handful of companies that sell outerwear. As long as the weather conditions are safe, children are outside two hours per day throughout the school year.
